​Hi there—I’m Jennyfer Ralston, the founder of Reclatam. As an attorney with 9 years of experience and 5 years managing remote teams, I deeply understand the challenges law firm owners face, especially in today’s economic climate. Rising costs and inflation are squeezing small businesses, making it more important than ever to have efficient, cost-effective support to stay competitive.
When I started my own law firm in 2017, I realized how overwhelming labor costs can be for solo entrepreneurs. Delegating, hiring, and managing can be challenging—often preventing businesses from reaching their full potential.
Later, while supervising remote teams for U.S. law firms, I discovered how much could be accomplished with the right talent, training, and systems in place without working in person. That’s when I decided to create Reclatam—a service proudly built by lawyers, for lawyers.
Having experienced both sides, I created Reclatam to support small business owners while empowering professionals from my home region, Latin America. My mission is to create growth opportunities for both employers and candidates.
